We can disclose users’ personal information in respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements, or seek to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Users personal information will not be shared with third parties for any purpose other than providing services to users. Users can delete all personal information and discontinue call recording service at any time upon notice sent to support@safephotos.app.

From time to time, we may update and post revisions to this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

By using Safe Photos application, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use.

Protecting your privacy is the whole point of Safe Photos. Unless you ask us to, we don't look at your photos, videos, passwords or anything else on your device.

Your data is encrypted and stored in a private cloud.

Safe Photos application can hide photos and videos in the storage area protected by a PIN code, TouchID or faceID.

Safe Photos service can be provided on a free or paid basis.

You can discontinue Safe Photos service at any time upon notice sent to support@safephotos.app.

You agree that your use of the services shall be at your sole risk. Safe Photos does not make any warranties of any kind.
